Why We Do NOT Ever Work On Commission:

Commission payments are great if you own a company selling products and services, and you pay salespeople when they sell something. In this case, paying salespeople costs nothing unless the salespeople actually sell. And, in turn, this is a great opportunity for good salespeople, as they can have a very lucrative career based on their sales skills. 

However, you would NOT want a consultant, coach, mentor, etc., getting paid when they sell you something. Instead, what you DO WANT is a consultant that is 100% loyal to you and your needs ... ant the "mission!" A consultant should have NO agenda other than to serve the needs and goals of the client (YOU).

A Note About Referrals / Kickbacks:

Referrals are often “unseen” payments for referring business. If you own a business, it’s a good way to encourage others to send buyers to you … then, you pay them a referral fee. In many cases, the buyer is never aware that a fee (or kickback) is being paid. There are many businesses that exist on referral payments. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but you certainly would not want your trusted consultant getting any compensation that serves them – and not you.

2. There are no refunds once booked, but appointments can be re-scheduled if done at least 3. 24-hours prior to the appointed time.
